As I research, read and write about all things happy, the more I learn that focusing on other people's happiness creates joy on its own accord.
It's not rocket science to work out the more you talk about positive things the happier you'll feel.
Words are your tools.
Upbeat conversations will no doubt have a positive impact on you
There are certain inspiring things that truly happy people say to others, for a start they use a bundle of really happy words and sayings
One of my favourite happy words is SERENDIPITY - which means...finding something good without looking for it. Do you have a favourite happy word?
Here is an example of nice things to say or ask people to cheer them up...
1. "I'm happy to see you..."
2. "You look great today..."
3. "Wow you smell amazing..."
4. "You have the best smile..."
5. "You just made my day..."
6. "Thank you for being a wonderful friend..."
7. "I like your style..."
8. "You should be so proud of yourself..."
9. "You're a ray of sunshine..."
10. "Thank you for being you..."
I have the perfect book recommendation for you if you would like to learn more about positive ways to be, speak and act...
Good Vibes, Good Lives by Vex King
I was listening to Fearne Cotton's Podcast 'Happy Place' last week and Vex was being interviewed. His book is The Sunday Times bestseller with hundreds of positive reviews. This seems to be THE guide to mastering self-love, finding purpose and achieving true happiness. Drawing on his personal wisdom and experiences, Vex King shows you when you change the way you think, feel, speak and act, you begin to change the world. Sounds like one for the 2020 Book Wish List.
Until the next time
