"JOURNAL with EASE"

Would you like to dip your toe into therapeutic journalling?

Discover the transformative benefits of a daily therapeutic journalling practice in an online workshop

series with therapeutic journalling coach Tanya Lynch, in partnership with The Poetry Pharmacy

Wednesdays, 16 April - 7 May 2025

18.30 - 20.30 GMT on Zoom

£95.00

Therapeutic journalling isn’t about perfect prose or beautiful handwriting.

It’s about a space for your thoughts, emotions and dreams to unfold.

Research consistently shows that regular journalling can reduce stress and

anxiety, improve emotional regulation, enhance self-awareness, boost immune function,

strengthen resilience and provide clarity during difficult transitions.

Tanya’s approach focuses on accessibility, making journalling work for even the busiest

lives or the most reluctant writers.

During each session Tanya will encourage you to start small, with manageable techniques that

take just minutes but yield profound benefits when practiced consistently.

It will benefit those navigating life transitions, anyone managing stress,

anxiety and overwhelm, and anyone feeling disconnected from their authentic voice.

HOW IT WORKS

The course runs on Zoom over four Wednesday evenings (18.30-20.30 GMT).

Before each session you will be emailed with instructions for accessing the meeting.

During each workshop Tanya gently guides the group through her popular journalling techniques,

providing prompts, top tips, resources and encourages group interaction.

Tickets are valid for the full course even if you cannot attend all dates.

No partial course ticket is available.

RECENT TESTIMONIALS

“When I first joined 'Rage on a Page', I was drowning in anger and betrayal after discovering my husband's

double life. I could barely get through the day without breaking down. The programme gave me something

I didn't expect – permission to feel everything, messily and honestly, on paper.

Through the guided journalling prompts and carefully selected writing exercises, I found myself moving from

rage-filled scribbles to structured reflection, and finally to writing my own story of survival. After 8 weeks,

I wasn't just processing my divorce; I was discovering parts of myself I'd forgotten existed. The community of

women who understood exactly what I was going through became my lifeline. Today, I still journal daily – it's

no longer about him, but about my own journey forward. I now understand and appreciate the power of therapeutic journalling.  Tanya has an infectious personality, and she brings the best out of you, even during your darkest days"

Claire, 46

"In all honesty I’ve never really understood journalling. I couldn’t really see how writing could help but when

I needed it the most, journaling became my saviour. When my heart felt like it could not take anymore, my journal

and a pen got me through each painful moment. As I wrote realisations sprang up out of nowhere. Connecting me

with the parts of myself I’d hidden away. Suddenly my journal became my new best friend.  One morning , I had a profound moment. Everything became clear and my body released so much trapped emotion. It really was

incredible. All I can say is that journalling is transformative and without Tanya’s presence in my life, I don’t know

what I would have done. If you have the chance to work with her, please do take it, it might just save you.”

Jo, 50

"I’ve been stuck in a rut for years since becoming menopausal. 'Rage on a Page' was the

turning point I needed. I'm now pursuing my dream of writing consistently, and it's all

thanks to this program" Emma, 49

“Joining 'Rage on a Page' was a game-changer for me. I was struggling with midlife

frustrations, but this program gave me an outlet to channel my emotions constructively.

I've never felt so empowered!" Nicola, 54

"The sense of community in 'Rage on a Page' was invaluable. It's like a support group where we turn our frustrations

into fuel for positive change. Highly recommend it to any midlife woman seeking connection and growth." Julie 43

"Wow 'Rage on a Page' isn't just a programme; it's a community of strong, supportive women.

Through the ups and downs of midlife, this journaling series has been my anchor.

I've found courage and camaraderie here." Sioned, 35
