"SELF DISCOVERY" with Ease

Toni Jones is a journalist-turned-bibliotherapist and the founder of The Shelf Help Club, the world’s first dedicated self-help book club and community. Since 2017 she has read hundreds of self-help books, hosted conversations with hundreds of bestselling authors and global experts, and built a warm, supportive space for more than twenty-five thousand readers around the world across various social platforms including Instagram, YouTube and Substack, where she hosts her online community.
She says: "Self-help isn't about fixing yourself, it's about learning practical ways to support yourself so that you can create a healthy and happy life."

WHERE: Spend the day with a small group of like-minded readers in the most gorgeous venue
hidden away in the Oxfordshire countryside.
WHAT TO EXPECT: ​A full day of guided self-discovery and life design strategies inspired by
Toni's first book (out in June) including: guided journalling, reflective exercises and thoughtful discussion.
Throughout the day, you’ll be gently guided through Toni's Connected Self Method, a simple but
powerful three-part framework to help you gain clarity about what has been, understand what you
need right now, and get intentional about where you’re heading next.
In the workshops you’ll be supported to explore your inner world, in a calm and welcoming space,
and between sessions there will be opportunities to step outside into the garden for fresh air and reflection,
or to stay indoors, cosy up with a book or your notebook, and enjoy the stillness of the space.
This is a thoughtful and spacious day designed to help you slow down and reconnect
with your Self halfway through 2026.
It's also a chance to connect with other like-minded lovers of self-development.
(And guests will also receive a signed copy of Toni’s limited edition book
published by The Pound Project - as a lasting companion to your day).
